SilpaTour is owned and operated by SEVORSE PRIVATE LIMITED (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SilpaTour website and our beta translation services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SilpaTour website and our beta services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Beta Testing Program

SilpaTour is currently in beta. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The services are provided "as is" and "as available" for testing and feedback purposes.
• The services may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees of uptime or system stability.
• We reserve the right to suspend, change, or terminate beta access at any time without notice or liability.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you register for a waitlist account or gain beta credentials, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree to use SilpaTour solely for lawful communication translation. You must not:

• Use the service to generate translation of audio containing malware, illegal material, or fraud.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract model weights, API requests, or translation code without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or networks connected to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, neural model setups, custom UI designs, graphics, branding, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of SilpaTour. No transfer of ownership occurs by participating in the beta program.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilpaTour and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the beta translation services.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will publish the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
